CD Release ‘Memory from a Winter Journey’
If this project will be proposed for the very first time at the Jazz Station, the trumpeter Pierre-Antoine Savoyat is not at his first attempt since we recently saw him in Stéphane Galland’s ‘Rhythm Hunters’. ‘Le Monde Merveilleux de Pépito’ is a quartet that he has been developing for several years with his privileged partners. The opportunity for us to discover the music of his first album ‘Memory from a Winter’, in which we also find a string quartet and Ambroos by Schepper. An introspective album dedicated to his mother.
