Tom Bourgeois "Solos"

"Solos" is a project composed and recorded by Tom Bourgeois between March and June 2020. A search for composition for saxophone and/or bass clarinet alone.
The musical universe is inspired by jazz, contemporary music and improvisation.
The desire to write for a single instrument was the leading motif of the project, although we do find other instruments in certain songs.
After the recording, the music reached Izah Hankammer and Lucas Devroe, two dancer-videographers and co-founders of “MoOv”. They took the initiative to choreograph and film three pieces, thus provoking a real artistic encounter.
