Inactive Old Time Trio

Old Time Trio

Charles LOOS, wishing to revive "old" jazz of the very beginning, formed his "Old Time Trio", playing revisited pieces by Jerry Roll Morton, Ellington or Gershwin.

Like in the '20ies, the group is composed of a clarinet player for the melody.
He naturally have chosen André DONNI as soloist - one of the rare Belgian Musicians who has completely assimilated the tradition of jazz, there's the piano for bass and the counterpoint of a drummer for the rythmic.

The trio is 'iced' by a tap dancer who had 10 years of career in Paris with different jazz groups.
