Abstract INC. is a sextet that brings together musicians from Belgium and neighboring countries. Musical boundaries are also being pushed through the compositions of guitarist Machiel Heremans. Despite the fairly traditional jazz line-up, the sextet creates an original and modern sound. The compositions are orchestrated in such a way that the various instruments are used with all their functions and the different sound colors are fully combined. This combined with rich colors, guitar effects and expressive dynamics gives a narrative music with a rough side.
