This new album, is Boris Schmidt's latest venture as composer and conductor. It represents the natural evolution of his NOW album released in 2018, with new tracks and an expanded personnel.
The 2024 version of the Boris Schmidt Band moves from quartet to sextet, adding new colours with the arrival of Ana Rocha's vocals and Martin Salemi's piano. A glance at the tracklist reveals the pleasure of arranging with a broader palette.
