A musician with a multi-faceted background, her boundless curiosity never ceases to explore different musical styles, including choro (Brazilian music), salsa, free improvisation and jazz.
Holder of a Bachelor’s degree in classical music (IMEP-2008) and a Master’s degree in jazz (KCB-2015), she founded “La Malanga” (salsa) in 2016 with whom she tours on multiple stages such as: festival Esperanzah, Fiesta Latina or Jam in Jette.
In 2017, she created the group Synapses with Christophe Grout, with whom she explores a musical language based on the expression of emotional states and on the search for sound materials using their respective instruments (flute and sound structure). They release their first EP in 2020 on the “Off Records” label: Introduction.
At the same time, she and guitarist Benoît Minon founded the group “Compasso de Gato” in 2020, with whom they peregrinate through Brazilian and Latin music with fine precision, poetry and lightness.
Since March 2022, she has been working on a new project entitled “L’Odyssée du schmilblick” with the group Synapses, with whom they have reached the first culmination of their work with a school for “neuro-atypical” children.
In April 2023, she joined forces with Renato Martins and Benoît Minon to form the Trio Misturado, a group whose music features compositions, Latin and Brazilian music and jazz influences.
Since then, she has continued to nurture her curiosity through encounters, musical research and live performances with various groups.
