Originally from Rome but based in Brussels for a long time, Daniele Martini is a versatile saxophonist involved in different musical backgrounds: from jazz to radical improvisation, including Afrobeat and noise.
Participating in many projects, he has collaborated with many musicians, including Nate Wooley, Tony Allen and Oghene Kologbo of the legendary group Africa '70, Mark Sanders, Jozef Dumoulin, Fred Lonberg-Holm, Chris Corsano etc. In this quartet, he surrounded himself with three well-known musicians from the Belgian music scene: Bram de Looze, Manolo Cabras and João Lobo.
With them, Martini has found the perfect companions to offer innovative music, made of original compositions that mix dreamy melodies with moments of pure abstraction.
