RéPercussion

Tribal without being ethnic, the rhythm section of the Rêve d'éléphant Orchestra offers a sensitive, percussive music, tinged with electronics.

This trio will serve you a Drum'n Bass with jazz sauce that will make your hips tingle.

The richness of the rhythmic material created for the dance show Rêve d'éléphant gave its composer, Michel Debrulle, the desire to make it live and resonate with a rhythmic section.

In 2017, the Marni Theatre gave him the opportunity to create a carte-blanche piece; Répercussion will be premiered during the Live Marni Jazz Festival#Drums with Etienne Plumer, Stephan Pougin, Michel Debrulle and guest dancers.

In 2020, the Espace Magh - Brussels commissioned the Collectif du Lion to create a show on the theme of identity for the opening of its Origin'Aléas festival; the music for the show, entitled Répercussion-ID and mixing rhythm-words-movement, was composed collectively and played live by the Répercussion trio.
