A dancing stain on the ceiling of the mind reveals a luminous fissure, a panting mechanism at the height of vertigo, interspersed with questions, vibrant knots, and tiny tears.

A race beneath shadows and ashes sketches a world, wielding furious charcoal, in the shards of dubious gouache that force a smile. From its shifting fabric emerge surprises, falls, and joys, dancing beings that flash on the edge of angry melodies.

In a verbena infused with poetry, a rhythmic silhouette of vapor floats, an intense response to the piercing, blue tear gas, exposing the grimace of reality to the explosion of hopeful laughter. Little Lucette gives us music that remains alert, a radiant floating on deep waters, in the labyrinth of unknown cities where she dances, on the lookout for the commotion, weaving a delicate clatter.

Music that shakes the dryness within us, waters dormant angers, awakens the desire to ride fireflies, to listen to the pebbles that collide and caress our sorrows, to embrace the landscapes, to set our sadness ablaze, to take mocking trains to captivating elsewhere, as slow-witted laughers bound by ardent ties.

Petite Lucette is a group of five virtuoso musicians who masterfully navigate the world of falling, drawing from their intense rhythmic energy the joys of vibrant bursts of sound. With an evolving instrumentation that playfully blends and asserts timbres, they unleash powerful polyrhythms, serving narrative compositions that are both precise and free-flowing. These five musicians, with their vibrant presence, tear down barriers and dismantle forms, letting in a thrill of free jazz, a breath of silence, into the rich tapestry of a jazz deeply connected to the world and the present moment, resonating with the sincerity of improvisation and a love of collective playing.
