Bart Defoort Quartet

In 2008, Bart Defoort won the "Django d'Or" of the SABAM for best Belgian Jazz CD. On this CD, entitled "Sharing Stories on Our Journey", Ron Van Rossum and Sebastiaan De Krom, who lives in London and has a great international career, played.
They were also playing in a Quartet with Sal La Rocca in Belgium and Holland at that time.
With this Quartet they play a mix of original compositions and personal arrangements of some pearls from the jazz repertoire. The music of this Quartet is characterized by a warm group sound, a creative interplay, and a rhythm section that shares a deep love for Swing, constantly listening and connecting.
