The young prodigy, Eliott Knuets has been talked about a lot in recent years. At barely 16, he plays with Wynton Marsalis during a jam. Seduced, he invites him to come and play at Dizzy’s Club in New York for a virtual session. Shortly after, he performed on the stages of Brosella, Djangofolllies and Bozar. Inspired as much by Charlie Parker as by Lage Lund or Aaron Parks, he delivers a modern jazz imbued with tradition with an extraordinary maturity and musicality. In 2021, he launched his band and recorded a first album alongside two of his mentors: Olivier Collette and Sam Gerstmans.
