20 years of Jazzahead!

The Bremen International Jazz Fair, Jazzahead!, is celebrating its 20th anniversary this year and is honouring Sweden as its partner country.

Jazzahead! is a trade fair, a conference and a showcase festival all in one, showcasing top-class contemporary jazz from Germany, Europe and overseas. Each year, a partner country is in the spotlight.

Jazzahead! 2026 will kick off with a grand opening ceremony on Wednesday 22nd of April 2026 and will continue for three days, with networking during the day at the trade fair and showcases in the evenings running late into the night.

The Belgian jazz scene will be represented by showcases from Nabou (24/04/2026) and the Wajdi Riahi Trio (25/04/2026).
