
Jazz au Vert, summer country camp - 40th edition
Jazz au Vert is a must in the jazz world!
Conceived for all who wish to deepen their musical skills and competences, this residential workshop is unique: completely immersed in the universe of jazz, participants get to be musically stimulated, and walk away with tools and lifelong creative nourishment. For its 40th edition, the internship offers a multitude of activities: instrument lessons, ensemble classes, harmony but also workshops, jam sessions and public concerts open to all.
This course, open to all instruments, runs from Sunday 13 July at 2pm to Saturday 19 July 2025 in the evening at the Saint-Paul boarding school in Godinne. Jazz au Vert is open to amateur and professional musicians aged 16 and over.
Lessons and Activities
- Instrument lessons (guitar, saxophones, flutes, clarinets, piano, drums, trumpet, trombone, electric bass, double bass, voice, violin swing)
- Ensemble classes
- Workshops (voice, rhythm, African music, listening and history of jazz, big band)
- Harmony classes (beginner’s, intermediary and advanced level)
- Jam sessions (every evening)
- Concerts by teachers and students (open to all)
- Possibility of harmonica, accordion, vibraphone… classes in related instrument lessons.
