HYPNOTE RECORDS ASBL

The independent label Hypnote Records asbl was founded in 2016 by talented double bassist Giuseppe Millaci, with the invaluable support of sound engineer Jonas Verrijdt.

Its primary focus lies in music production. The label's core values encompass open-mindedness, introspection, a profound passion for creation, and an exquisite finesse, beautifully complemented by the unique and dynamic artistic visions of each of its featured talents. The label's policy is to guide and nurture artists in their development, while empowering them to retain artistic control over their work.

In 2017, Hypnote Records proudly became a member of SIMIM, the management society for music producers' rights. In September of the same year, the label burst onto the scene with an inspiring catalog, unveiling three new albums and showcasing an array of artists from both the Belgian and international jazz scene. This was made possible through the generous support of crowdfunding.

Since 2018, the label has been recognized as an operator by the Wallonia-Brussels Federation. Presently, the Hypnote Records catalog is distributed in the Benelux by Outhere Music in the United States by Alliance Entertainment and in France collaborating with L' Autre Distribution or Inouïe Distribution.
