Naima Joris started out as a background singer with artists as Raymond van het Groenewoud and Isbells, the band from Leuven that gave her a chance after she started singing at 27. She also sang with her father, Belgian jazz musician Chris Joris. Naima brings music that reflects the musings of her soul, while her voice accompanies you through pain and sorrow. Her new (and first) full length album While The Moon takes us in a awarm bath to comfort the soul of every listener to whom it speaks.
