A tribute to Jean-Pierre Catoul

More than 20 years ago, the Belgian jazz world lost an exceptional musician: violinist Jean-Pierre Catoul, a flamboyant musician who illuminated jazz, but also rock and French chanson with his presence. He led the Led Zeppelin string quartet and accompanied William Scheller, Barbara and Alain Souchon.

Charles Loos, one of the great European pianists, wanted to pay tribute to him through compositions by Jean-Pierre Catoul himself but also original compositions dedicated to him, with a solid string trio (violin-cello) and a first-rate accordionist.

An evening like no other, not to be missed!
