This quartet, formed in 2023 in Brussels, revolves around the compositions of singer Vigdis. From her search for raw expression of emotion, she creates a world that ranges from intimate and fragile to energetic and explosive. The material she brings for this purpose varies from complex and playful note puzzles to bursts of simplicity. She sings in English, Dutch, or without lyrics, when the music demands it.
