Jarod Begusic

Bassist originally from the south of France, he began his musical training at the Conservatory of Montpellier. During his years in the south of France, he founded the duo project Moun, with which he co-produced several albums as well as music for short films and video games. He also participated in various recording projects, notably Fission and Sauce Maison. In 2022, he moved to Brussels to continue his studies at the Royal Conservatory of Brussels, where he spent two years. In 2023, together with two musicians from the south of France, he founded the folk-pop trio Cicadas. In 2024, he continued his training at the Royal Conservatory of The Hague, from which he graduated. That same year, he joined TonalFew as bassist and performed throughout Europe, while remaining actively involved in the Brussels music scene. Selected for the Conservatorium Talent Award 2026.
