Call for applications: 1ères Scènes

The 1ères Scènes programme is designed to give emerging bands and solo artists the chance to gain valuable experience and give their musical projects a boost: residencies, coaching, training, networking opportunities and, as a bonus, a concert at the Reflektor to mark the end of the programme!

The 1ères Scènes music support programme is designed for young talents who want to take to the stage, develop their skills, meet industry professionals and grow their musical project.

Each year, the 1ères Scènes jury selects five bands or artists from the province of Liège, with little or no stage experience, but brimming with talent, enthusiasm and motivation.

1ères Scènes is a project organised by the CCR/Liège and the cultural centres of Ans, Jupille-Wandre, Chênée, Sprimont and Seraing, in collaboration with Sphères Sonores, Court-Circuit, the Studio des Variétés, Equinoxe FM and with the support of the Wallonia-Brussels Federation and the Province of Liège.

Entry requirements

• The artist/band is from the Province of Liège.
• The artist/band is not signed to a professional network (label, agency).
• The artist/band is a new project (with stage experience) and has at least three original compositions.
• The artist/band has never previously benefited from the 1ères Scènes support programme.

The deadline for applications is  Sunday 17 May 2026 .
