The Hnita Jazz Club reopens on September 24, 2022. Live on Radio Klara

The Hnita-Hoeve, which hosts the activities of the Hnita Jazz Club, will reopen its doors on September 24, 2022 as a modern and accessible (jazz) club, rooted in the past but open to the future. Live on Radio Klara. 

With over 1000 concerts to date, the Hnita Jazz Club is one of the oldest jazz clubs in the Benelux. Great European and American artists such as Chet Baker, Charles Mingus, Gregory Porter, Keith Jarrett, Toots Thielemans, Art Blakey and Bill Evans have passed through Heist-op-den-Berg over the past 65 years. Initiator Juul Anthonissen ran the jazz club until his death in 2008, now taken over by Peter Anthonissen. 

The widely supported renovation and restart of the received the Ultima for Cultural Entrepreneurship.

A series of concerts will take place from Sept. 24 through October 2, 2022. Jazz, indieconcerten, blues, etc..
