We place musicians at the heart of our operation. The organisation works in service of artists to improve their artistic, social and economic position. We tap into musical talent and ensure talent development by providing professional guidance, coaching, education and support. We programme national and international artists, various musical styles, intermediate and mixed forms, and promote less obvious genres such as jazz and world music.
