Saluto! We are Carabinieri, a fresh five-piece jazz band from Delft. Our sound began with the energetic swing of our debut album *Strega* and has evolved into a fuller, more adventurous form of modern jazz.
For our second album, “Medusa”, we locked ourselves away for a week in a makeshift studio – with mattresses for soundproofing – in an old barn. There, we wrote, jammed, let our minds wander and created music that’s a mix of swing, rock, fusion and the spontaneous joy of a group of friends.
