From Belgian jazz from the 1950s to the latest releases of 2023, here are nearly 4 hours of jazz "made in Belgium" where styles mix. The common thread, jazz standards revisited by our musicians from all eras.

Concerts

On December 24, 2023 at 9 p.m., meet 13 guitarists who in 1994, in the RTBF studio, paid tribute to another great Belgian guitarist, René Thomas (1926-1975). Philip Catherine, Toots Thielemans, Fabien Degryse, Jeanfrançois Prins, Patrick Deltenre, Peter Hertmans, Paolo Radoni, Jacques Pirotton, Pierre Van Dormael, Karl Van Deun, Mimi Verderame, Hans Van Oost and Hendrik Braeckman share 15 titles around the universe by René Thomas.

On December 31, 2023 at 9 p.m., a magnificent concert initiated in 2016 by Les Lundis D’Hortense as part of International Jazz Day. The concert took place on April 30, 2016 in the Brussels jazz club “Le Sound’s”. Under the direction of talented pianist/arranger/composer Michel Herr, the Bravo Big Band.
