BXL x LDN Interplay III - Brosella Festival

BXL x LDN Interplay III is the third edition of a unique programme bringing together emerging jazz talent from Brussels and London. The musicians collaborate to create new compositions, explore improvisation and influence each other’s musical language in real time. The project, a co-production between Brosella and Tomorrow’s Warriors, focuses on artistic innovation, cultural exchange and mentorship. This year, the artists are guided by renowned mentors Wajdi Riahi and Cassie Kinoshi.

Since its inception, Interplay has offered artists from both cities the opportunity to create, perform and build lasting international connections. Each concert becomes a vibrant encounter where creativity, dialogue and energy come together, giving space to new voices in contemporary jazz.

Following an intensive residency at VOLTA, the ensemble presented their new compositions to the public for the first time on March 25 and 26. The project now continues its journey with performances at, among others, Brick Lane Jazz Festival, Jazz Middelheim, We Out Here and, of course, Brosella Festival.
