Stage Jazz d'Evere

Les Amis de l'Académie de Musique d'Evere ASBL are organising a jazz workshop from Friday 22 to Sunday 24 August 2025. The emphasis will be on combo work: you will join a jazz ensemble with which you will work over the three days. A specific time in the middle of the day will also be devoted to instrument lessons.

This course is aimed at musicians with at least 2 to 3 years' experience of jazz, as well as experience of playing in a group.

Prior contact with the instrumental teacher will be arranged on registration, to ensure that the participant's level matches the proposed content.

Félix Zurstrassen: jazz bass guitar/counter bass

The Toots tavern is located in the immediate vicinity of the academy. It offers a brasserie menu at democratic prices. 

Parking: the area around the Academy is a blue zone (disc).
