During a concert by the jazz duo Équi, listeners will be taken on a journey through the streets of Paris. The project arose from the shared passion for jazz and French music of Hasselt singer Anaïs Vijgen and Ghent pianist Elias D'hooge. It has since grown into an original concept with which they released their first album in March. Through their jazz background, they want to tell their unique musical story: the well-known French chanson in a new guise. They will take you on their unique experience and quite possibly you will imagine yourself in a jazz bar in the 1940s....
