London Jazz Calling! When we say we've got mesmerizing people on stage, you can be sure that's not a lie. Award-winning vocalist Judi Jackson was first introduced to Nina Simone, Billie Holiday and Ella Fitzgerald at the age of fourteen and is well on her way to becoming one of those – we really don't mean it badly – divas herself! The greatest discovery of Gent Jazz 2019 will bring a touch of the modern London jazz scene back to Ghent on 10 July, with a voice that is timeless and with respect for the legendary heritage of the genre and explorations into the world of neo-soul.
