Call for applications: OIF
The call for applications « Soutien à la mobilité des artistes et la circulation des biens culturels 2026 » is organised by the International Organisation of La Francophonie (OIF), as part of its « Industries culturelles et découvrabilité » programme. The aim is to promote the international mobility of francophone artists and the dissemination of their works.
This call for proposals is open to:
- individual professional artists;
- established artistic collectives.
Projects may fall within the following sectors: music (concerts, tours, showcases, etc.); theatre; dance; comedy and storytelling; film and audiovisual media; books and publishing; visual arts (photography, painting, sculpture, etc.).
Applicants must:
- be nationals of and reside in an OIF member state or government;
- have been engaged in an artistic or cultural activity for at least two years;
- have a proven link with the Francophone world (working language, nationality or collaborations).
The OIF funds international mobility projects (travel costs, subsistence costs, visas, freight or transport costs for works (excess baggage, customs, etc.)) in three categories:
- participation in festivals, exhibitions, ceremonies, tours or other artistic events;
- participation in trade fairs, exhibitions or networking events with a view to developing partnerships;
- participation in short training courses, workshops or masterclasses.
The deadline for applications is 31 August 2026.
