Blue Afternoon Session

This time, the Maison du Jazz is offering you a special ‘Blue Afternoon’:

At the heart of this event – accompanied musically by Olivier Sauveur using treasures from the Maison du Jazz in Liège – Claire Ruwet will read extracts from her book *Résister en voix jazz*, published in the EthnopoétiK collection by Academia. This book, written between 2008 and 2023, draws inspiration from listening to 50 singers, both past and present. She will be introduced by Yves Tassin, editor-in-chief of the online magazine JazzMania, for which she is also a columnist. Far beyond music and her personal life as a mother or an artist, it is the world and its evolution that the author explores.
