Alejandra Borzyk – TREMOR

Alejandra Borzyk presents her new project, ‘TREMOR’, for the first time.

She brings together her artistic vision with the musical worlds and sensibilities of Adèle Viret (cello), Benoît Quentin (double bass) and Diogo Alexandre (drums and electronics). The four musicians come together to collectively create an original repertoire, based on the exploration and combination of sounds derived from extended techniques on strings and the saxophone.

With trance and meditation as their starting point, the group delves into a sonic blend reminiscent of orchestral sounds, featuring noise-based textures, with a touch of granular synthesis and free improvisation.
