The Chet Baker Project brings together four musicians with a common love for his music. Vocalist Nel Hadermann grew up with Chet's sound, and together with pianist Ewout Pierreux (a.o. Tutu Puoane), bassist Jef Manderveld (a.o. Unfinished Business) and drummer Maarten Moesen (a.o. Stef Kamil Carlens), she plays a wide selection of Chet Baker hits.
Together a beautiful voice with a natural talent for improvised melody and a swinging piano trio provide disarming versions of his repertoire.
