“American tap dancer Joshua Hilberman teams up frequent collaborator and Belgian icon Charles Loos (pno)—along with two other legendary figures in the Belgian Jazz scene, Jean-Louis Rassinfosse, bass and Jean-François Prins, gtr—for a swinging night of music from the fingers to the feet.”
Hilberman, for a short time a student of mythic drummer Alan Dawson, follows in the grand tradition of hoofers who sing with their feet. When musicians and dancers speak the same language, magic happens!
