Kaléïdoscopes

“Kaléïdoscopes”, a magnificent chamber jazz initiated by Alexandre Furnelle and Daniel Stokart, plays music full of nuances, colors and changing atmospheres (hence the group's name). 

A string trio, a double bass and a soprano saxophone, plus a few other strange instruments: a singular, surprising and refined configuration for a result that is no less so.

Their music, nourished by various inspirations but mainly jazz and written music, tickles the eardrums and conjures up images, shapes and colors. Their first CD, “Kaléïdoscopes”, released in 2020, received rave reviews.

The 2nd, “Voyages Immobiles”, has just been released on the Mognomusic label (J061).
