As an annual tradition, Leuven Jazz presents several theme combos of the jazz department at LUCA School of Arts. Under the guidance of their tutor, students will compile a repertoire based on a specific theme or an icon from the history of jazz.
With his students, double bass teacher Jos Machtel dives into the rich and versatile repertoire of saxophonist Wayne Shorter.
