Sohnarr is the solo project of multi-instrumentalist Patricia Vanneste. After fourteen years on the violin, she left Balthazar in 2018, the band she founded with Maarten Devoldere and Jinte Deprez. That same year, with a violin, microphone, laptop and sturdy pair of shoes, she travelled through remote areas of Sweden and Norway. She returned with her first album Coral Dusk, of which every note saw the light of the day in the middle of the Scandinavian nature.
