As a sideline to the momentum of big bands, I occasionally combine lyrics with inner melodies, either soft or dark, crossing loop to loop with a wandering spirit ... At times, this inner journey leads me to bitter places, at other times to sweet lands: surprise is part of the package, but the riverbed is never far, and plenitude is right at the very end.
