Being a side-woman in many projects, ranging from her start in classical music to contemporary jazz, including Brazilian, African, soul or pop music, Anne Wolf has always managed to preserve her very original personal space by composing and arranging for her musical groups.

To the piano of Anne Wolf, supported by the magical rhythm section of Theo de Jong on acoustic bass guitar and Lionel Beuvens on drums, the cello of Sigrid Vandenbogaerde is added, transforming this trio into a « Quatuor » with a particularly original sound.

With these last two albums by the Quatuor « Danse avec les Anges » in 2019 then « Kahane's Walk in Kalahari » in 2023, both released by Igloo Records, Anne Wolf marks a smooth shift towards more modern music, always emphasizing melodies as well as leaving a trace of exotic flavors ...
