Jazztime Europe is happy to announce the release of ‘Let's Get Swinging. Modern Jazz In Belgium 1950-1970', in collaboration with Sdban Records.

Released as a 2CD/2LP with extensive liner notes and plenty of photos, ‘Let's Get Swinging' tells the story of Belgium's postwar modern jazz scene and its jazzmen.

The compilation contains 20 recordings by key Belgian musicians like Bobby Jaspar, Jacques Pelzer and René Thomas, as well as some lesser known Belgian jazzmen like Johnny Dover or René Goldstein.
Many of the tracks are reissued here for the first time, decades after they were originally recorded.
