Flagey
- Address : Place Sainte-Croix, 1050 Ixelles, Belgique
Flagey is a Brussels cultural institution dedicated to music and image.
Located in the heart of the city, on Place Flagey, on the edge of the Ixelles ponds, the former home of the national radio and television station is today the place where all artistic disciplines converge in a spirit of dialogue. Culture lovers of all ages feel at home in this magnificent art deco building, which offers concerts of classical and contemporary music, jazz and traditional music, as well as a large space for film and video.
Every year, Flagey welcomes the greatest artists from here and abroad, and offers an ideal showcase for young Belgian and international talent.
The structural support of the various Belgian communities, the exceptional acoustic quality of the halls, a varied programme and festivals such as the Flagey Piano Days and the Brussels Jazz Festival make Flagey a major player in culture, in Belgium and internationally.
