De Knoet is a pub in Aarschot that organises a variety of activities, from concerts and lectures to running and cycling competitions. De Knoet has existed since 1973 and has been a permanent fixture in Aarschot's nightlife since its inception. Hundreds of concerts have been organised here and many famous names from home and abroad have passed by. Almost all genres are covered. Including jazz, a genre for which pub owner Benoit Theyskens (Thesse) has a special affinity.
