Louis Favre is a drummer-singer from the south of France.

He studied jazz at the Perpignan Conservatory with André Mallau and Serge Lazarevitch, then went to study at the Lemmensinstituut in Leuven in September 2003 alongside Dré Pallemaerts, Pierre Van Dormael, Frank Vaganée, Peter Hertmans, Bart Van Canegem, and Ron Van Rossum.

Holding a Master's degree in Jazz and a teaching qualification from the Royal Conservatory of Brussels, he has been accompanying contemporary dance classes at Les Humanités-Danse in Louvain-La-Neuve since 2009. He blends drums, vocals, and synthesizer, drawing inspiration from various musical styles, creating catchy, lively, and colorful music on his own.

He has performed with Lokomotiv bij Jo Zanders, Michel Hatzigeorgiou, Jeroen Van Herzeele, Jeroen Capens, Steven Delannoye, Joachim Saerens, and Pieterjan Seaux. He was a member of Selah Sue's band, composing the song "This World" with her, which has over 30 million views on YouTube, as well as "What's The Pressure," which represented Belgium at Eurovision 2016 and became Disque d'Or.

He currently plays with the bands Gratitude Trio, Spilar, Ward Dhoore, Loco Mosquito, and Lone Vouching Poet. He regularly accompanies Danse Des 5 Rythmes, and is also developing his solo project.
