Mariana Toutziarakis, of Greek origin, was born in Brussels in 1980. She performed on stage since she was 5 years old.

Attracted by world music, she developed her voice with various groups (Miary Lepeira & Sairy, Tatouages, Marlène Dorcéna,...), in particular with Nama (vocal band with female singers N'Java et ex Zap Mama) with whom she discovered a capella songs and techniques of ethnic singing. She performed in France, Germany, Canada, the Netherlands, Morocco…

She has also a jazz career and has sung with famous artist from the Belgian scene such as Manu Hermia, Patrick Delterne, Philippe De Cock, Augustin Foly, Ivan Paduart, Bart De nolf, Joost Van Schaik, Sal La Rocca, Théo De Jong, etc... also with Maurane in jam sessions…)
