Call for artists for 'Les Jeunesses Musicales Wallonie-Bruxelles'

Applications for the 2025-2026 JM tours are now open to musicians whose musical projects are aimed at nursery, pre-school and primary school children, as well as secondary school teenagers.

The mission of Jeunesse Musicales is to offer young people the opportunity to open up to the world, to dare culture and to discover their citizenship through concerts/shows open to all musical styles.

Priority project selection criteria:

• Artistic and performance quality (takes precedence over other criteria).
  

Educational quality and potential for civic reflection. The project must be of educational, cultural, philosophical or societal interest, etc.

The artists' ability to adapt it to a young audience and to accompany it with an active approach to cultural mediation.

Its potential for discovery, for opening up to the world, for sparking a vocation or even a desire for musical practice, for stimulating reflection, critical thinking and/or awareness in young people, etc.

Communication/transmission skills - Development of contact and easy communication with the audience.

Formatting / Originality of the project 

Maturity of the artist/group
