Why is the sun yellow? And what would that sound like? Is a flamingo really pink, and does it sound soft or loud? And a tree leaf: what would green feel like if you could hear it?
In KLEUR (Colour), singer Esmé Bos and musician Bart Voet take you on a playful journey of discovery through the world of colours. Together with set designer Tim Clement, they give colour a voice, a sound and a feeling.
It will be a musical and visual journey from sunrise to sunset, in which colours can not only be seen, but also heard, sung and experienced. With cheerful dialogues, original songs and sounds from different languages, a wondrous world full of wonder is created.
For the very youngest, but secretly also for anyone who has ever wondered what a colour might sound like.
