The show

With their album La Boîte à Musique, Samson Schmitt, Johan Dupont and Joachim Iannello sign a musical project of rare intensity, reaching far beyond words.

Born from a need for musical complicity, their music speaks of the instant: little or no words, a few sighs… and a delicate musical dialogue between obviousness and uncertainty, where every note seems to arrive at just the right moment. Music becomes a shared language, built on emotion, listening and trust.

Between jazz manouche, music of the chamber, accents of gypsy jazz and touches of classical music, the trio moves effortlessly between genres. Virtuosity, humour and musicality intertwine in a universe where each instrument finds its place in a true creative dialogue.

A sensitive and subtle journey, by turns light-hearted and suspended in time, where time itself sometimes seems to stand still… to make room for emotion.
