Sylvie Courvoisier was recently awarded the Swiss Grand Prix Musik in 2025, a prestigious prize worth 100,000 francs. Courvoisier is known for her innovative style, in which she explores boundaries between different genres, from elegant concert halls to jazz clubs. She has been a defining voice in the international jazz scene for decades and is praised for her "transcendent playing". Winner of the German Jazz Prize, PIANO international 2022.
