Strange Meeting

Thomas Champagne (saxophone) and Guillaume Vierset (guitar) share the stage with several guests for the occasion. Having worked together for over 15 years in the Thomas Champagne Random House quintet and the GribouJazz children's project, the two musicians take great pleasure in exploring the colours and follies of jazz.

To kick off this ‘Strange Meeting’ series and celebrate this premiere at L'An Vert in style, Thomas and Guillaume are inviting musicians who are well known on the Liège scene. With Nicolas Puma (double bass) and Basile Peuvion (drums), we can expect a savvy mix of compositions and post-bop standards.
