DOCUMENTARY SCREENING
Discover ‘Jazz of Belgium’, a 28-minute documentary produced by JAM and co-directed by Daniel Colard and Renaud Verstraete, which paints a portrait of Belgium's burgeoning jazz scene. Around VOLTA, a veritable incubator of talent, a new generation of musicians is reinventing jazz by mixing improvisation and electronic music.
The scene as told by its members, including: Echt!, Lefto, Vaague, Kau, Oriana Ikomo, Julie Rens (Juicy), Tukan, Jean-Paul Groove, Arne Huysmans (VOLTA), Pamela Malempré (Aubergine Management), Lander & Adriaan, Antoine Flipo (Glass Museum), Stéphane Galland (Aka Moon), Stefaan Vandenberghe (Sdban), Maarten Van Rousselt (Flagey).
