Zurich-based Egli founded PLURISM in 2001, in collaboration with Domenic Landolf and Peter Frei. In 2012, PLURISM released its debut album, UntitledYet. In 2013, the band followed up with FUFUTRYOUT, which featured Feya Fakufu for the first time. In 2016, the band released the album MOREFUFU! and toured extensively in Switzerland, Germany and South Africa, In 2018, the band recorded their fourth album, Azania In Mind. In 2019, the band released the single Congo, inspired by Congolese rhythms and melodies and featuring excerpts from Patrice Lumumba's siconic speech of June 30, 1060. Other South African musicians Egli has played with include Hilton Schilder, Afrika Mkhize, Paul Hanmer, Nduduzo Makhathini and Marcus Wyatt.
