The group was formed in August 2022 and comprises Diego Delporte on sax, Maxime Van Eerdewegh on piano, David Demuynck on drums and Alain Dhamen on double bass.
The quartet's aim is to present jazz standards that are little-known or not played at all, and that feature beautiful melodies. Since its formation, the TKTS quartet has played a number of concerts and released a CD, The 'A' Tunes, on which all the tracks begin with the letter A.
A second CD is in preparation, featuring songs beginning with the letter B.
